A practical session rather than a product demonstration
The deck is designed for a 45-minute staff meeting or CPD slot. It focuses on habits that transfer across tools: start with a worthwhile purpose, use the minimum necessary information, keep responsibility human and review in proportion to the consequence of error.
What staff will do
